114 2G. microSD CardFormatting the microSD CardFormatting a microSD card permanently removes allfiles stored on the card.1. Press > and tap >Storage.2. Touch Unmount SD card > OK to release themicroSD card from its use by the device. Theicon appears within the Notifications area toindicate an unmounted internal microSD card.3. Once released, tap Erase SD card > Erase SD card> Erase everything. Once completely formatted, the card isautomatically re-mounted (reconnected for use bythe device).Important Connection Information To avoid loss of data, DO NOT remove the USBcable, the microSD card, or the battery whileaccessing or transferring files. DO NOT use your computer to change or edit folderor file names on the microSD card, and do notattempt to transfer large amounts of data from thecomputer to the microSD card. Doing so may causethe microSD card to fail. DO NOT turn off or restart your computer, or put itinto standby mode, while using a mass storagedevice. Doing so will result in loss or damage of data.
