4.32 Stand-alone FaxPrinting ReportsYou can print reports containing useful information – Schedule Job,System Data, etc. The following reports are available:Help ListShows the machine’s basic functions and commands and can be used asa quick reference guide.Sending ConfirmationShows the fax number, the number of pages, elapsed time of theoperation, the communication mode, and the communication results.You can print the message confirmation report in one of the followingways (see page 4.34):• Automatically after each transmission (ON)• Automatically only if an error occurs during transmission (ERR)• No report printed at all (OFF). You can print this report manually atany time.Transmission JournalShows information concerning transmission activities recently made.Reception JournalShows information concerning reception activities recently made.Phone Book ListLists all numbers currently stored in memory as One-touch dial numbers,Speed dial numbers, and Group dial numbers.Additional Functions
