Touch ➔ AT&T Music ➔ Music Player ➔ Settings ➔On. This verifies you can utilize the Music Playerapplication in the background during other features.2. Touch ➔ AT&T Music ➔ Music Player ➔ All Music.3. Select a song to play it within the Music Player.4. Once the music starts to play, touch Minimize. You can nownavigate to other menus and activate other features whileyour music plays in the background.Note: If you receive a call while listening to music, that song is placed onpause while your call remains active and only restarts after the currentcall is ended.After the Music Player has been enabled, you can listen to musicin the background while performing other phone functions.Important!: When you are finished using the Music Player function, youmust press to stop the function to prevent the batteryfrom losing its charge. Pausing the player will continue to usethe battery.Using PlaylistsPlaylists are used to assign songs to a list of preferred mediawhich can then be grouped into a list for later playback. ThesePlaylists can be created via either the handset’s Music Playeroptions menu or from within a 3rd party music application (suchas Windows Media Player) and then downloaded to the handset.Creating a Playlist1. Touch ➔ AT&T Music ➔ Music Player ➔ Playlist ➔Tap to Create.2. Touch the ivory playlist name field and use the onscreenkeyboard to enter a descriptive name for the new playlist.3.
