They may save you thetime and expense of an unnecessary service call.When you switch your phone on, thefollowing messages may appearInsert SIM Card• Check that the SIM card is correctly installed.Phone Locked Enter Password• The automatic locking function has been enabled.You must enter the phone’s password before youcan use the phone.Enter PIN• You are using your phone for the first time. Youmust enter the Personal Identification Numbersupplied with the SIM card.• The PIN Check feature is enabled. Every time thephone is switched on, the PIN has to be entered.To disable this feature, use the PIN Check menuoption (Menu 6.6.1).If you do not have your PIN, please contact yournetwork service provider.Enter PUK• The PIN code was entered incorrectly three timesin succession and the phone is now blocked.Enter the PUK supplied by your network operator.
