APPLICABLE LAW. This EULA is governed bythe laws of TEXAS, without regard to conflicts oflaws principles. This EULA shall not be governedby the UN Convention on Contracts for theInternational Sale of Goods, the application ofwhich is expressly excluded. If a dispute,controversy or difference is not amicably settled,it shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Seoul,Korea in accordance with the Arbitration Rules ofthe Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Theaward of arbitration shall be final and bindingupon the parties.14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY. ThisEULA is the entire agreement between you andSamsung relating to the Software andsupersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral orwritten communications, proposals andrepresentations with respect to the Software orany other subject matter covered by this EULA.
