Call Functions 35Making a Call from the Address BookYou can store phone numbers that you use regularly on the SIMcard or in the phone’s memory. These entries are collectivelycalled the Address Book.For further details about the Address Book feature, see “Findingan Address Book Entry” on page 58.Answering a CallWhen a call is received the phone rings and displays the caller’sphone number or name, if stored in the Address Book.1. At the incoming call screen, press and hold Accept toanswer the call.– or –Press to answer the call.• If the Any Key option is activated (Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Calls ➔General ➔ Call Answer), you can press any key to answer a callexcept .2. Touch and hold Reject to reject the call and send it to yourVoice Mail.3. Touch and hold Reject + Msg to reject the call, send it toyour Voice Mail, and create a message to send the caller.There are also prepared messages you can choose andquickly send to the caller.4. Press to end the call.Note: You can answer a call while using the Address Book or any other menufeature.
