Try this!The 3D Active Glassesare not working correctly.Make sure the glasses are turned on.The 3D Active Glasses may not work properly if there is another 3D product orelectronic device turned on near the glasses or TV.If there is a problem, keep other electronic devices as far away as possible fromthe 3D Active Glasses.The 3D images don’tlook quite right.The ideal viewing distance is three times or more the height of the screen.We also recommend sitting with your eyes level with the screen.The batteries in the 3Dglasses don’t last.Turn off the 3D glasses when you are not using them. If you leave the 3D glasseson, the battery lifespan is shortened.Aerial (Air / Cable) ConnectionThere is something wrongwith the TV. Try this!The TV is not receivingall channels.Make sure the coaxial cable is connected securely.Run Auto Tuning (Broadcasting > Auto Tuning) to add all available channels tothe channel list.Verify that the aerial is positioned correctly.There are no Subtitle ondigital channels.Navigate to Subtitle (Broadcasting > Subtitle) and change the Subtitle Modesetting.Some channels may not have Subtitle data.The picture is distorted.The compression of video content may cause picture distortions. This isespecially true with fast moving pictures such as sports and action movies.A weak signal can cause picture distortions. This is not a problem with the TV.
