operating _21operating _2102 OPERATINGTo get cooler water- The dispensed water is cool,not icy cold- When you want colder waterwith ice, dispense ice to yourdrink glass first before fillingit with water to prevent waterfrom splashing out.Using the Ice DispenserPress the Ice button to select the type of ice youwant.Place your cup the ice outlet and push gentlyagainst the dispenser pad.Make sure the glass is in line with the dispenser toprevent the ice from bouncing out.When Cubed Ice is selected after using the CrushedIce feature, a small amount of residual crushed icemight be produced.• Do not put your fingers, hands or anyother unsuitable objects in the chute orice-maker bucket.- It may result in personal injury or material damage.• Use only the ice maker provided with therefrigerator.• The water supply to thisrefrigerator must only beinstalled/connected by asuitably qualified personand connect to a potablewater supply only.• In order to operate theice maker properly, waterpressure of 138 ~ 862 kPais required.• If you have a long vacation or business tripand won’t use water or ice dispensers,close the water valve.- Otherwise, water leakage may occur.• When you have not used the Ice maker for a while,or you have opened the Freezer door frequently,the Ice may stick together. If this has occurred,empty the ice container or break up the ice with awood kitchen tool.Do not use sharp items such as knives or forks.• When the bucket is removed, there may still besome residual ice in the ice maker that will beproduced.WARNINGCAUTIONControlling the Fridge temperatureThe refrigerator temperature can be set between7 ºC and 1 ºC to suit your particular needs. Pressthe Fridge button repeatedly until the desiredtemperature is shown in the temperature display.The temperature control process for the Fridgeworks just like the Freezer process. Press the Fridgebutton to set your desired temperature. After a fewseconds, the Fridge will begin tracking towards thenewly set temperature. This will be refl ected in thedigital display. The temperature of the freezer or therefrigerator may rise from opening the doors toofrequently, or if a large amount of warm or hot foodis placed in either side. This may cause the digitaldisplay to blink. Once the freezer and refrigeratorreturn to their normal set temperatures the blinkingwill stop. If the blinking continues, you may need to“reset” the refrigerator. Try unplugging the appliance,wait about 10 minutes and then plug back in.USING THE ICE AND COLDWATER DISPENSERWhen Ice Off blinks on the display panel, reinsertthe bucket and/or make sure it’s installed properly.Using the Water DispenserPress the Water button.
