REC MODE SET (JP.29)Lets you make settingsfor recording and alarms.3. TIMER REC SET (JP.31)Used for timer recordingsettings.Furthermore, if monthand day is set using“HOLIDAY SET”, timersettings for Sunday willbe adopted for both days.4. DISPLAY/BUZZER SET (JP.34)Lets you select the display item in the operation displayarea. Also lets you sound the buzzer on the followingoccasions:z During alarmsz When there is no moreavailable recordingspacez When the operationbutton is pressedz When there is a harddisk problemz When there is a fanproblemz When there is a recording problem.z When there is “VIDEO LOSS”5. SECURITY LOCK SET (JP.36)Lets you set passwords torestrict the users.6. RS-485/NETWORK/REMOTE SET (JP.39)Used to make the settingsneeded when connectingthe digital video recorderto an external device byRS-485 interface, or to aPC via a network.7. POWER FAILURE/USED TIME (JP.42)Lets you check the date/time of power failures andthe amount of hard diskoperation time.8. MENU UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD (JP.43)Lets you save menusettings onto aCompactFlash card. Alsolets you read menusettings saved onCompactFlash cards.9.
