22SANYO MICROWAVE OVEN LIMITED WARRANTY (cont.)EXCLUSIONSThis warranty does not cover (A) the adjustment of customer-operatedcontrols as explained in the appropriate model’s instruction manual, or(B) the repair of any product whose serial number has been altered,defaced or removed.This warranty shall not apply to the temperature probe, turntable,turntable roller, grill rack, shelf, stirrer cover and any damage initiatedby spark fires caused by using anything metal inside the oven,except those accessories approved by SFC.This warranty does not apply to uncrating, setup, installation, removal ofproduct for repair, or reinstallation of the product after repair.This warranty does not apply to repairs or replacements necessitated byany cause beyond the control of SFC including, but not limited to, anymalfunction, defect or failure caused by or resulting from unauthorizedservice or parts, improper maintenance, operation contrary to furnishedinstructions, shipping or transit accidents, modification or repair by theuser, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect line voltage, fire, floodor other Acts of God, or normal wear and tear.The foregoing is in lieu of all other expressed warranties and SFC doesnot assume or authorize any party to assume for it any other obligationor liability.THE DURATION OF ANY WARRANTIES WHICH MAY BE IMPLIEDBY LAW (INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITYAND FITNESS) IS LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY. INNO EVENT SHALL SFC BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OWNERSHIP OR USEOF THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY DELAY IN THE PERFORMANCEOF ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY DUE TO CAUSESBEYOND ITS CONTROL.
