4SAFETYPROPER AND SAFE USE OF YOUR OVEN• The oven must be on a leveledsurface.• The turntable and turntableroller rest must be in the ovenduring cooking.• Place the cookware gently onthe turntable and handle itcarefully to avoid possiblebreakage.• Incorrect use of browning dishmay cause the turntable tobreak.• Use carefully when cookingfood in the microwave oven toavoid burning due to excessivecooking.• Use only the specified bag sizewhen using Direct AccessPopcorn.• Failure to maintain the oven ina clean condition could lead todeterioration that couldadversely affect the life of theappliance and possibly result ina hazardous situation.• The oven has several built-insafety switches to ensure thatthe power remains off whenthe door is open. Do not tamperwith these switches.• Do not operate the microwaveoven empty. Operating theoven with no food or food thatis extremely low in moisturecan cause fire, charring orsparking.• Do not cook bacon directly onthe turntable. Excessive localheating of the turntable maycause it to break.• Do not remove feet from thebottom of the oven.• Do not heat baby bottles orbaby food in the microwaveoven. Uneven heating mayoccur and could cause physicalinjury.• Do not heat narrow-neckedcontainers, such as syrup bottles.• Do not attempt to deep-fry inyour microwave oven.• Do not do home canning in thismicrowave oven as it is impossibleto be sure all contents of the jarhave reached boiling temperature.• Do not use this microwaveoven for commercial purposes.This microwave oven is madefor household use only.• To prevent eruptive boiling ofhot liquids and beverages orscalding yourself, stir liquidbefore placing the container inthe oven and again halfwaythrough cooking time. Letstand in the oven for a shorttime and stir again beforeremoving the container.
