If you have not already done so, carryout the instructions in “PreliminaryDisassembly” on page 96.2. At the front of the PMU, unplug theoutput power cable(s) b and systemcontrol bus loom c, and move themto one side.3. Loosen the screw securing theretaining clamps d and rotate theclamps through 90° to clear themodule.4. Slide the PMU out of the subrack,taking care not to damage any of thecables.Refitting 1. Slide the replacement PMU into the subrack and secure it with theretaining clamps.2. Reconnect all the front and rear panel cables previously disconnected.Connect the DC power cables on the rear panel as shown inFigure 3.7 on page 63. Tighten the screws to a torque of 18–20lbf·in(2–2.25N·m). Ensure the front panel cables are retained by the cableretaining clips in the top of the subrack.If you need to remove any front panel cables, simply pull the front of thecable retaining clip down and then slide it out from the subrack until itreaches the end of its travel.3.
