23Before Requesting RepairsIf the following problems arise, conduct the checks outlined before requesting repairs.Symptom Check this SolutionƔ Water does not come out.Ɣ The water temperatureis low.Is the water stop faucet of thepipe open?Is the temperature setup of thehot-water supply equipment proper?Ɣ The water drains poorlyfrom the drain outlet.Ɣ Sounds are generatedwhen hot water is supplied.Is hair clogging the hair catcher?Do the sounds vary when the hotwater amount is adjusted with thestop water knob?Is the stink trap clogged?Ɣ Sounds are generatedfrom inside the productmain unit when water isdischarged.Does the sound level decreasewhen the water stop knob is rotatedto reduce the hot water amount?Is the temperature setup of thetemperature control knob proper?If the product does not operate properly after checking and repairing the above points, stop using the product immediately.Consumable SuppliesThe following parts are "consumable supplies" and wear, degradation, changes in external appearance anddamage are expected.Please note that repair or replacement of these parts is not covered by warranty, and a fee will be required.(* The level and period of wear, degradation or damage may differ depending on the environment andconditions that the customer uses this product in.)Inspections or replacement of parts will be required if there is extensive wear, degradation or damage.Feed the water by adjusting the hotwater amount. (See page 13.)Open the water stop faucet.(See pages 20 and 21.)Adjust the temperature setup of thehot-water supply equipment to theproper temperature.Adjust the temperature setup of thetemperature control knob to the propertemperature. (See page 14.)Remove the hair clogging the haircatcher. (See page 16.)Remove the dirt clogging the stink trap.(See page 20.)Feed the water by adjusting the hotwater amount.
