Lock thesafety arm in position.Note: Verify the safety arm is locked in the verticalposition.3 Lower the platform onto the safety arm. Turnthe machine off.Crushing hazard. Keep handsclear of the safety arm whenlowering the platform.Component damage hazard.The link set cross tube can bedamaged if excessive force isapplied. Do not continue tolower the platform after thesafety arm makes contact withthe cross tube.4 Disconnect the height angle sensor from themain harness.5 Remove the retaining fasteners securing theangle sensor mount to the sensor housing.Remove the sensor assembly and set aside.1 angle sensor mount2 angle sensor3 sensor magnet4 sensor housing6 Remove and replace the sensor magnet.Note: Apply removable thread locker to theretaining fasteners.7 Remove and replace the angle sensorattached to the angle sensor mount.Note: The printed side of the sensor must faceaway from the angle sensor mount.Note: Apply removable thread locker to theretaining fasteners.8 Install the angle sensor assembly onto themachine. Connect the harness.9 Raise the platform and rotate the safety armto the stowed position.10 Lower the platform to the stowed position.11 Calibrate the platform overload system.
