18Menu Functions of the SADV 1245 RGeneralDuring operation of the SADV1245R two different menusare available: the disc menu and the player menu.• The Disc-Menu is stored on the DVD itself. Thismenu is intended for selecting and operating specialfeatures of the disc like sound-track, subtitles,additional information on the film, film trailers, gamesetc.Contents and navigation/operation of the disc menudiffer from disc to disc. Normally this menu isoperated by the buttons described below. Pleasefollow the instructions given on the screen.The disk-menu is opened by a brief press of the button on the front panel or the button of the remote control.• The Player-Menu is intended for the control ofspecial functions and settings of the player. Thismenu is described in detail in the following chapters.The player menu is opened by a long press (approx.3 sec.) on the button on the front panel or theWbutton of the remote control.The Player menu will be automatically closed after ashort while, if no further navigation or button pressesare executed.Menu controlIn selection menus the following buttons are used fornavigation and selection:RemoteControlFrontPanel upwards downwards left right Confirmation button[ENTER] |
