Foreach control place, a different symbol will appear on the alphanumeric display:You can change the control place by entering the edit mode withMenu button right. The options canthen be browsed with theBrowser buttons. Select the desired control place with theEnter button.See the diagram on the next page. See also Chapter 6.3.3 above.6.3.4 Active fault menu (M4)You can enter the Active faults menu from the Main menu by pressingMenu button right when thelocation indication M4 is visible on the first line of the keypad display.When a fault brings the brake chopper to a stop, the location indication F1, the fault code, a shortdescription of the fault, and the fault type symbol (see Chapter 6.3.5) will appear on the display. Inaddition, the indication FAULT or ALARM (see Figure 56 or Chapter 6.1.1) is displayed and, in caseof a FAULT, the red LED on the keypad starts to blink. If several faults occur simultaneously, the listof active faults can be browsed with theBrowser buttons.The memory of active faults can store a maximum of 10 faults in the order of appearance. Thedisplay can be cleared with theReset button and the read-out will return to the same state it wasin before the fault trip. The fault remains active until it is cleared with theReset button or with areset signal from the I/O terminal.NOTE! Remove external Start signal before resetting the fault to prevent unintentional restart of thedrive.NOTE! There are some special functions that can be performed in menu M3:Select the keypad as the active control place by pressing for 3 seconds when the ActiveFront End is running (modulating). The keypad will become the active control place.Select the keypad as the active control place by pressing for 3 seconds when the ActiveFront End is stopped (modulating).
