Check the filling pressure of the heating installationevery day for a week after initial start-up and mainten-ance work, and then twice a year.– Min. heating circuit operating pressure: ≥ 0.07 MPa(≥ 0.70 bar)2. If the filling pressure is too low, inform your competentperson so that they can refill the heating water.6 Troubleshooting6.1 Reading fault messagesFault messages have priority over all other displays and areshown on the display instead of the basic display. If severalfaults occur at the same time, these are displayed alternatelyfor two seconds each.Depending on the type of fault, the system can work in limphome mode in order to maintain the heating mode or do-mestic hot water generation.F.723 Building circuit: Pressure too lowIf the filling pressure falls below the minimum pressure, theheat pump will be switched off automatically.▶ Inform your competent person so that he can top up theheating water.F.1120 Heating rod: Phase failureIf the electric back-up heater is defective, the anti-legionellafunction is not guaranteed.▶ Inform your competent person so that they can rectify thefault and reset the internal circuit breaker.6.2 Detecting and eliminating faults▶ If problems occur whilst operating the product, you cancarry out certain checks with the aid of the table.Troubleshooting (→ Page 11)▶ If the product is not functioning correctly, even thoughyou have checked the points listed in the table, contact acompetent person.7 Decommissioning7.1 Temporarily decommissioning the product▶ Use the partition that is installed on-site (e.g. fusesor power switches) to disconnect the product from thepower supply.7.2 Permanently decommissioning the product▶ Have a competent person permanently decommissionand dispose of the product.8 Recycling and disposal▶ The competent person who installed your product is re-sponsible for the disposal of the packaging. If the product is labelled with this mark:▶ In this case, do not dispose of the product with thehousehold waste.▶ Instead, hand in the product to a collection centre forwaste electrical or electronic equipment. If the product contains batteries that are labelled withthis mark, these batteries may contain substances that arehazardous to human health and the environment.▶ In this case, dispose of the batteries at a collection pointfor batteries.8.1 Disposing of the product and theaccessoriesDo not dispose of the product or the accessories with house-hold waste.▶ Ensure that the product and all accessories are disposedof properly.▶ Observe all valid regulations.
