We accept no liability for anydamage caused by failure to observe these instructions.When full, the heat pump weighs roughly 140 -195 kg.Take this into consideration when transporting and set-ting up the unit. Pay particular attention to Chap. 4.2,"Requirements of the installation site", before assembly.d Danger!The coolant circuit is pressurised. Fur-thermore, high temperatures can arise.The appliance may only be opened andserviced by Vaillant factory customerservice or by a qualified specialist tech-nician. Work on the coolant circuit mayonly be carried out by a qualified refrige-ration engineer.e Danger!Risk of electric shock!Always switch off all power supplies be-fore carrying out electrical installationwork. Make sure that they are securedagainst inadvertent switching on again.a Caution!Risk of damage!Do not add any antifreeze or corrosionprotection agents to the heating water,as seals and other components can bedamaged as a result and this can lead towater leaks.If the heating water hardness is more than 3.0 mmol/l(21.05 °e) it should be softened. You can use the Vail-lant ion exchanger (Art.
