192 Automatic transmission with ActiveSelectAutomatictransmissionwith ActiveSelectThis automatic transmission 3 allows bothautomatic gearchanges(automatic mode ) and manualgearchanges (manual mode) 3.The engine can only be started when theselector lever is in position P or N . Whenstarting in position N, depress the footbrake or apply the hand brake. After theengine has started, depress the brakebefore selecting a gear. Do not acceleratewhilst selecting a gear. If a gear has beenselected and the brake is released, thevehicle will "creep". Never operate theaccelerator and the brake pedalsimultaneously.
