Phone 65The Messages icon in the Homemenu of the Infotainment system isthen selectable.Incoming text messageWhen a new text message isreceived, you are prompted with amessage indicating the name ornumber of the sender.Select one of the options in themessage.ListenIf you wish the system to read out themessage, select the Listen screenbutton.ViewTo display the message on thescreen, select the respective screenbutton.NoteMessages are only displayed on thescreen when the vehicle is parked.DismissTo dismiss the message, select therespective screen button.ReplyTo directly answer the message,select the Reply screen button. A listof predefined messages is displayed.Select the desired message andconfirm your input.The message is sent.NoteNew predefined messages may becreated in the settings menu.CallTo call the sender of the textmessage, select the Call screenbutton.InboxPress the ; button and then selectthe Messages icon to display therespective menu.Select the Inbox menu item to displaya list of all inbox messages.Select the desired message. Themessage is displayed on the screen.NoteMessages are only displayed on thescreen when the vehicle is parked.If desired, select one of the options atthe bottom of the screen (see above).SettingsPress the ; button and then selectthe Messages icon to display therespective menu.Select the Settings menu item todisplay the respective submenu.Adjust the settings as desired.
