The sealings are installedgap-free. The additional front sealing for the measuring cell protectsalso the glass joint. These instruments have passed through a specialcleaning procedure to remove oil, grease and paint-wetting impair-ment substances (PWIS).The cleaning is carried out on all wetted parts as well as on surfacesaccessible from outside. To keep the purity level, the instruments areimmediately packed in plastic foil after the cleaning process. Thepurity level remains as long as the instrument is kept in the closedoriginal packaging.Caution:The VEGABAR 82 in this version may not be used in oxygen ap-plications. For this purpose, instruments are available in the specialversion "Oil and grease-free for oxygen applications".3.4 Packaging, transport and storageYour instrument was protected by packaging during transport. Itscapacity to handle normal loads during transport is assured by a testbased on ISO 4180.The packaging of standard instruments consists of environment-friendly, recyclable cardboard. For special versions, PE foam or PEfoil is also used. Dispose of the packaging material via specialisedrecycling companies.Transport must be carried out in due consideration of the notes on thetransport packaging. Nonobservance of these instructions can causedamage to the device.The delivery must be checked for completeness and possible transitdamage immediately at receipt.
