They should be informed of specific hazards during their training.The following hazards may arise during maintenance work:Health hazard from inhaling powder lacquerUse of unsuitable tools and aidsOnce the maintenance work is complete, the device must be checked by a qualified personto ensure a reliable condition.8.2.1 MAINTENANCE STAFF8.2.2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONSIncorrect maintenance/repair!Risk of injury and damage to the device.Have repairs and part replacements carried out only by speciallytrained staff or a WAGNER service center.Before all work on the device and in the event of workinterruptions:- Switch off the energy/compressed air supply.- Relieve spray gun and device pressure.- Secure the spray gun against actuation.Observe the operating manual and service manuals at all timeswhen carrying out work.DANGERIncorrect maintenance/repair!Danger to life and damage to the device.Repair or replacement of devices or parts of devices are onlyallowed to be performed outside the hazard area by qualifiedpersonnel.Before starting maintenance or other manual work, the high-voltage must be shut down and locked to prevent it from beingswitched back on!The spray gun must be separated from the high-voltage supplyand compressed air supply before any maintenance work isstarted!DANGER
