Assembly Instructions212. Install wheel on fork using bolts and washers.3. Tighten the bolts and washers.4. Grease caster wheel bearings and caster wheelpivot bearings (one fitting for each pivot).Deck Caster Wheel InstallationDeck Discharge Deflector Shield Installation (DS60)Attach the side discharge deflector shield using two(2) 3/816 x 11/4 in. bolts, 3/816 ESNA nuts, and3/8 in. wave spring washers. The wave washers fitbetween the two hinging surfaces. Tighten the nutsuntil the shield moves freely but is not loose.WARNINGDO NOT operate the machine without thegrass deflector shield attached and in thelowest possible position.Attach ShieldDeck Discharge Shield InstallationPTO Shaft Guard InstallationPosition the shaft guard as shown and mount withtwo (2) 1/420 x 1/2 in. bolts.AttachGuardCarrier FrameTube SocketsPTO Shaft Guard InstallationTilt-Up Roller Wheel InstallationMount the two (2) tiltup roller wheels on the brackets on the rear skirt of the deck housing using theaxle spacer tube, 3/816 x 3 in. bolt, and 3/816 Whizlocknut. Tighten the bolt until the wheel rolls freely,but is not loose.RollerWheelsRoller Wheel Installation (Typical DS60 Shown)Mower Deck Installation on TractorDeck Installation1.
