6-2 System GuideAccounting and BillingAccounting exported valuesThe Accounting feature tracks all jobs that have been processedand printed, enabling your site to charge for use of the Xeroxprinting system.There are various versions of the accounting log supported by theXerox FreeFlow Print Server for exporting. The following listdescribes each version. Refer to online Help for more details.• Version 2: This is the most common version that is supportedfor the Xerox FreeFlow Print Server printing system. If thisversion is selected to be exported, it will not include any newaccounting entries.• Version 3: This version will export all entries that are new andold, having zero and non-zero values. Additionally, entries willbe exported that are not viewable on the interface. Theseentries are: Channel Idle Time, Initial JDL, Initial JDE, DJDERecords Read, and Lines Printed.• Version 3.1: This version is similar to Version 3 and includesthe same exported values as Version 3, that is, all entries thatare new and old having zero and non-zero values. But Version3.1 also includes the following fields:– Interrupt Status: Options are Interrupt and Interrupted.– Job Source: Indicates the Gateway through which the jobwas submitted.– RIP Interrupt Time: Displays how long the job wassuspended in the RIPing status if the job was interruptedby a “Print Now” job.• Version 4.0: This version is similar to version 3.1and includesall the same values as Version 3.1. However, it also includesthe exported value for Trapping. The number displayed will bethe total number of pages trapped within a job.• Version 5.x: This version exports all entries including those forcolor attributes.• Version 6.x: This version contains Account ID, User ID, andadditional job data for the purpose of identifying who ran jobsand the account to which users are assigned.• Version 8.x: This version contains LCDS information includingFinal JDL and Final JDE.
