The line monitorautomatically turns on.20 Used to copy documents.21 Used to create a one time group of phonenumbers, for Group Sending or Polling. Speeddial and one touch numbers can be used.22 Used to set the copy reduction. The followingsettings are available:100%, Auto Fit, 86%, 75%, 50%23 Used to set the resolution for copying,scanning, or faxing. The following settings areavailable: Standard (no LED lit, fax only), Fine,Superfine, Photo Fine and Photo Superfine.24 Sets the contrast of the printout to Normal (noLED lit), Lighten, or Darken. This is a scannersetting affecting send and copy.25 Deletes pending and active jobs. You mustselect the appropriate job type to display thedesired job for cancellation.
