Fordetails, contact our Customer Support Center.E-mailScanned documents can be converted into an electronic format and transmitted via E-mail.Scan to MailboxScanned documents are saved into a mailbox.When the machine is connected to a TCP/IP network, scanned documents in a mailboxcan be retrieved from a computer connected to the network.Job Template ScanningA job template is a configuration file for defining scanning conditions. You can apply atemplate to a scanned document on the machine. The scanned document will be savedto the hard disk of the machine and then sent automatically to the computer (server)such as an FTP or SMB server connected to the network. CentreWare ScanningServices (optional) is required to create job templates and set a forward destination.Note • This feature is only available for ApeosPort C6550 I/C5540 I.Tab name Main functionService z PrintingPrinting files stored in client computers.Note • This feature does not appear for some models.
