If one or more is damaged,replace it.Probable Causes SolutionsThe toner cartridge is low. Replace the toner cartridge.Laser lens is dirty. Clean the laser lens.The copy density is too light. Select a darker copy density.The media is moist from humidity. Remove the paper and try a fresh ream.One or more of the toner cartridges may bedefective.Remove the toner cartridges and check fordamage.Media type is set incorrectly. When printing envelopes, labels, postcards,thick stock, or transparencies, specify theappropriate media type in the product driver.
