If the IP address is not setcorrectly, supply a fixed IP address, or use DHCP or Autonetto assign an IP address. The IP gateway address isnot set correctly.Enter the correct IP gateway address if connected to a proxyserver or a web server through an IP gateway. The subnet mask is not setcorrectly.Enter the correct subnet mask that matches the operatingenvironment. The network drops out or isdisconnected.Check the network cable connections. A spanning treeenvironment is recommended to construct a strongenvironment against network interruptions.Cannot communicate due tothe load on the serverapplication.Wait a while and try again.Cannot connect due to proxyserver, firewall, or web serveraccess restrictions.Check if any of the following access restrictions are set.• Address (port) restrictions• SSL usage restrictions• User access restrictions (including access privileges)• Content blocking• Scheme restrictions (for example, HTTP disable)• Transfer data size restrictions• Used method restrictions (for example, POST disable)• HTTP header restrictions (for example, specific browsers)• Time restrictions (for example, time-limited access)NOTE: SSL is not supported on the machine.Problem ActionThe settings are not for usingthe proxy server. In a proxy environment, the web server cannot be connectedwithout the proxy server settings. Enter the settings for usingthe proxy server. The settings are for using aproxy server in a non-proxyenvironment.For environments where connecting via a proxy is notrequired, such as connecting to an intranet, the settingsshould not be set for using a proxy server. The proxy server address isnot set correctly. When setting up a proxy server, the web server cannot beconnected if the proxy server address is not set correctly.Enter the correct proxy server address. The user name and/orpassword are enteredincorrectly when proxy serverauthentication is set.Register the user name and password on the machine togrant connection access to the proxy server.
