If the errorpersists, contact your Xerox representative.The printer is connected to an uninterruptiblepower supply.Turn off the printer, then connect the power cord to a suitableoutlet.The printer is connected to a power stripshared with other high-power devices.Plug the printer directly into the outlet or into a power strip that isnot shared with other high-power devices.Printer Fails to PrintProbable Causes SolutionsThe printer has an error. • To clear the error, follow the onscreen prompts.• Turn off the printer, then turn it on again. If the error persists,contact your Xerox representative.The printer is out of paper. Load paper into the tray.A toner cartridge is empty. Replace the empty toner cartridge.The front door is open. • Ensure that the toner cartridge and imaging unit are installedand fully seated.• Ensure that the door is closed completely.• Turn off the printer, then turn it on again.
