If knocking or ping-ing occurs, use a different brand of gasolineor premium unleaded fuel. Leadedgasoline can seriously damage the en-gine.● Avoid getting water and contaminantsin the fuel tank. Contaminated fuel cancause poor performance or enginedamage. Use only fresh gasoline thathas been stored in clean containers.GasoholThere are two types of gasohol: gasohol con-taining ethanol (E10) and that containingmethanol. Ethanol can be used if the ethanolcontent does not exceed 10% and the fuelmeets the minimum octane ratings.
