Periodic maintenance3. Remove the headlight unit bolt on eachside of the snowmobile and the boltsshown on the top cover.1. Headlight unit bolt6. Place the air filter element frame in theoriginal position, and then install the airfilter case cover.7. Install the air filter case cover by hookingthe fasteners.8. Install the headlight unit, making sure toinsert the projections on the headlightunit stay into the slots on the bottom ofthe headlight unit.1 . Bolt4. Slightly lift up the headlight unit, and thenremove the air filter case cover.5. Lift up the air filter element frame andcheck the air filter element. If there is anysnow on the air filter element, remove theelement, brush off the snow, and then in-stall the air filter element.9. Install the headlight unit bolts, and thentighten them to the specified torque.51
