If Disabled is selected from the pull-down list ofPaging Barge, the voice call in progress shall take precedence over all incomingmulticast paging calls. The valid values in the Paging Barge field are: 1 to 10: Define the priority of the active call, 1 is the highest priority, 10 is the lowestpriority. Disabled: The voice call in progress shall take precedence over all incoming pagingcalls.Paging Priority ActiveYou can enable or disable this feature to decide how the phone handles the incomingmulticast paging calls, when there is already a multicast paging call on the phone. Ifenabled, the phone will ignore the incoming multicast paging call with a lower priority,otherwise, the phone will play the incoming multicast RTP and place the previousmulticast paging call on hold. If disabled, the phone will automatically ignore allincoming multicast paging calls.To configure multicast listening addresses via web user interface:1. Click on Directory->MulticastIP.2. Select the desired value from the pull-down list of Paging Barge.3. Select the desired value from the pull-down list of Paging Priority Active.4. Enter the multicast IP address(es) and port number (e.g., 224.5.6.20:10008) whichthe phone listens for incoming RTP multicast in the Listening Address field.5. Enter the label in the Label field. Label will appear on the LCD screen whenreceiving the RTP multicast.6. Click Confirm to accept the change.NoteMusic on hold (MoH) is the business practice of playing recorded music to fill the silencethat would be heard by the callers who have been placed on hold. To use this feature,you should specify a SIP URI pointing to a Music on Hold Server account, when placinga call on hold, the phone will invite this SIP URI to the Music on Hold Server account. TheMusic on Hold account automatically answers to the SIP INVITE messages andimmediately plays audio from some source located anywhere (LAN, Internet) to theheld party. Contact your system administrator for the SIP URI.The multicast IP addresses range from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255.The priorities of listening addresses are predefined: 1 with the highest priority, 10 with thelowest priority.Both the multicast paging sender and the receiver will play a warning tone whenpressing the multicast paging key.
