User Guide for Yealink VC110 Video Conferencing Endpoint20Mute Indicator LED on the VCM30 video conferencing microphone array:LED Status DescriptionSolid red The VCM30 is muted when the VC110 is during a call.Flashing red The VC110 is ringing.Solid greenThe VCM30 is connected to the cable hub within thefirst 5 seconds.The VC110 is placing a call.The VCM30 is unmuted when the VC110 is during acall.Off The VCM30 is not connected to the cable hub.The VCM30 is idle.There are two ways to customize the configurations of your VC110 video conferencingendpoint: Remote control The user interface in a web browser on your PCNoteYou can use the remote control and display device to configure and use the VC110video conferencing endpoint.For more information on the function of each key on the remote control, refer to VCR10Remote Control on page 13.The Advanced option is only accessible to the administrator. The default administratorpassword is “0000”. For more information on how to view, enter and edit menu settingsmenu on the display device, refer to Navigating Menus on the Display Device on page37 and Entering Data and Editing Fields on page 37.You can customize your endpoint via the web user interface. To access the web userinterface, you need to know the IP address of your new endpoint.To obtain the IP address, do one of the following:The display device and remote control constitute the endpoint user interface. This allowsthe user to execute all call operation tasks and basic configuration changes directly.Detailed operational steps will be explained in the feature section.
