Select Settings->System Settings->Network.3. Enter the system PIN (default: 0000), press the Done soft key.4. Press or to select Manual from the DNS Type field.5. Enter the valid value in the Primary DNS and Secondary DNS field respectively.6. Press the Save soft key to accept the change.If the base station cannot contact a DHCP server for any reason, you need to configurebasic network settings manually.To configure Static IP address manually via the handset:1. Press to enter the main menu.2. Select Settings->System Settings->Network.3. Enter the system PIN (default: 0000), press the Done soft key.4. Press or to select Static from the IP Address Type field.5. Enter the valid value in the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, Primary DNSand Secondary DNS field respectively.6. Press the Save soft key to accept the change.If you are using an xDSL modem, you can connect your base station to the Internet viaPPPoE mode. Set the Internet port as a PPPoE port. The PPPoE port will perform a PPPnegotiation to obtain the IP address. Contact your system administrator for the PPPoEuser name and password.To configure PPPoE via the handset:1. Press to enter the main menu.2. Select Settings->System Settings->Network.3. Enter the system PIN (default: 0000), press the Done soft key.4. Press or to select PPPoE from the IP Address Type field.5.
