Symptom Fault code SolutionThe machine will not start n The door has not been properly closed(open door indicator light flashes).n The plug is not properly inserted in thepower socket.n Check the plug fuse.n There is no current at the socket.The machine does not fill Indicator light n Ensure the water tap is open.with water water tap n Ensure the mains water supply has notflashes been cut off.n The inlet hose may be squashed or bent.Reposition the hose.n The inlet hose may be blocked.Switch off the water supply, and cleanthe filter.The filters are blocked Alarm A3 n Clean the filters, refer to “Maintenanceflashes in the digital and cleaning”.display n The spray arms are not rotating. Ensurethe crockery is loaded correctly.The dishwasher will not drain Alarm A6 n The drain hose may be squashed orflashes in the digital bent.display Reposition the hose.n The sink may be blocked. Clear anyblockages.n The drain hose extension is not correct.Follow the instructions for connecting tothe waste.n There is no vent in the end of the drainhose.General Alarms A1, A2, A7 n Switch off the dishwasher.Switch it back on and start theprogramme.If the alarm reappears, call the localService Force Centre.The machine is noisy n Dishes are rattling against each other,refer to “Loading your machine”.n The spray arms are knocking against thedishes.
