Do not use the pressure cooker to cook apple juice, wheat, beans or similar food that may produce many bubbling separatedsubstances. Otherwise the valve may be locked. If you cannot avoid cooking this type of food, be cautious.5. Keep safety valve, gasket seal, safety valve, lid and body clean and dry.6.
