Use the path d:\install\disks\574BT, where d: is your CD-ROM drive.The card wizard for Windows NT will appear with instructions for installing thecard.3 Click OK and continue with the procedure described for “Installation Using PointEnabler” on page 14.Installation UsingPoint EnablerPoint-enabler installation is a basic, manual installation procedure that will workon nearly all configurations, including systems with System Soft Card and SocketServices installed. If you are running the Softex software on your system, use theprocedures for “Inserting the PC Card and Running the Installation” on page 13.Installing the NetworkInterfaceBefore installing the network interface, insert the LAN card and connect to thenetwork as described above. Obtain the following information from your MISdepartment: For Windows NT networking, your computer name and workgroup ordomain name. For your network account, your user name and password.The LAN card requires that Service Pack 3 (or a later version) be installed on yourcomputer. Contact your network administrator or Microsoft if you do not haveService Pack 3 or later.
