(17772)If this issue occurs, MSS generates log messages suchas the following:HTTPD Jan 12 00:58:16.807601 ERROR HTTPD: sslaccept error = SSL_ERROR_SYSCALLHTTPD Jan 12 00:58:16.828923 ERROR HTTPD: SSLconnection failure, client ip: 10.5.2.20Attempt by 3WXM to communicate with a WXswitch for upload or deploy might failoccasionally. (18294)An attempt by 3WXM to communicate with a WXswitch might fail, once out of every 50 to 250 times.This can occur when 3WXM is attempting to upload aconfiguration from the switch into 3WXM or deploy aconfiguration from 3WXM to the switch. When thisissue occurs, 3WXM reports a connection timeout ora connection security error.Reattempt the upload or deployment and observe themessages to verify that the failure has not recurred.Changing a WX switch’s system name or systemIP address from 3WXM causes the switch to beunmanageable from 3WXM. (18414)If you use 3WXM to change a managed switch’ssystem name or system IP address, other changes tothe switch are not received from 3WXM by theswitch.Use the CLI to change the system name or system IPaddress. You can then use 3WXM to make otherchanges.3WXM can deploy a configuration that containsa user with no password, user group, orattributes. (18431)If you use 3WXM to deploy a set of configurationchanges to a WX switch, the changes can contain auser with no password, user group, or attributes (suchas VLAN name). Without a password or VLAN assign-ment, the user cannot access the network.Make sure each user has a password (if applicable)and is assigned to a VLAN, or is assigned to a usergroup that has a VLAN assigned.3WXM always shows power supply 2 present ina WX4400, even if removed. (18469)3WXM always shows that power supply 2 is presentin a WX4400 switch, even if the power supply hasbeen removed.Use the CLI display system command to displaypower supply status. The status information displayedby the CLI is correct.Web Manager IssuesUnless otherwise noted, the workaround for WebManager issues is to use the CLI or 3WXM.
