Rebooting the AastraLink7-6 41-001190-02 Rev. 01, Rel. 1.2AastraLink Pro 160 Administrator GuideRebooting Using the Reset Switch (Hard Reboot)You can reboot the AastraLink device using the reset switch as long as the LEDon the front of the Aastralink is in one of the following states:• Flashing green• Flashing red• Steady redSee the LED monitoring table on page 7-3 for a description of each LED state.Use the following procedure to reboot the AastraLink.Manual Reboot ProcedureStep Action1 Locate the reset switch on the back of the device, as shown on the figure below.2 Use the end of a paperclip to press, and then immediately release, the reset switch.IMPORTANT: DO NOT KEEP THE SWITCH PRESSED IN.After five seconds, the LED turns red momentarily. This indicates that the AastraLink is resettinghardware. The AastraLink then begins its normal reboot process. The LED turns steady green as thedevice performs internal hardware diagnostic tests. Once tests are complete, the LED flashes green,indicating a successful reboot.
