Your system administrator configures theseroutes in the OpenCom 100/OpenCom X300 and specifies how each route isseized. To manually seize a specific route for a call, you dial the routing code beforedialling the (internal or external) telephone number. Making calls via specificroutes enables you to contact subscribers in the branches of a large companynetwork, for example. You can also use a manually-entered routing code to recordyour call-charge data for private and business external calls separately.The default route “External line” is always present and cannot be deleted.
