Like any other fileserver it has a directory structure where files are stored. The directory structureof the StorPoint CD is outlined below:The purpose of each folder is explained on the following pages.The System folder The System folder includes configuration information about the StorPoint CD,e.g. configuration settings, connected drives, inserted discs, access rights etc. Itcontains these subfolders:• DeviceProperties - Includes one text file for each connected drive, i.e.CD/DVD-ROM drives and hard disks.• Flash - When updating the firmware, the file with the latest firmwareversion is copied into this subfolder.• ServerProperties - Includes the configuration parameter list, event log andstatistics files.• VolumeProperties - When a disc is inserted into a connected drive, a textfile for that disc will be created. If specified, the volume name will be used.If no volume name has been specified, the volume label will be used instead.If the disc does not have a volume label, the StorPoint CD will use a uniqueeight digit number.
