TheRSE has audio adapters to allowyou to connect auxiliary devices.The audio can be heard through thespeakers or through the wireless orwired headphones. See the RearSeat Infotainment user guide formore information.Drivers are encouraged to set upany auxiliary device while thevehicle is in P (Park). SeeDefensive Driving on page 9‑2for more information on driverdistraction.To switch the RSE system to use anauxiliary device:1. Connect the auxiliary deviceto the RSE system, for thesecond or third row.2. Press AUDIO then press AUDIOagain, repeatedly until AUX(auxiliary) is selected or pressthe AUX screen button. Anauxiliary device must beconnected for the AUX screenbutton to appear as an option toselect.3. For the second row displayselect the Rear AUXscreen button next to RearDisplay 1 and for the third rowdisplay select the Rear AUXscreen button next to RearDisplay 2. Each screen worksindependently of the other. Thesecond row screen can watch aDVD while the third row screencan use the auxiliary device.The rear seat passengers can alsouse the remote control to changethe functions of the RSE.
