See Navigation SystemOverview for more information.Once the vehicle is moving, variousfunctions are disabled to reducedriver distractions.Hard KeysThe following hard keys are locatedon the navigation system:VOL/ O (Volume/Power): Pressto turn the system on and off. Turnthis knob to increase or decreasethe volume. The volume worksfor the features that are currentlybeing used; audio, OnStar® changesthe volume for the phone, voiceguidance, and speech recognitionchanges the volume of voiceprompts.TUNE/TONE: Turn to go to the nextor previous radio station/channel,track, or chapter. Press this knob toaccess the Sound screen to adjustbass, midrange, treble, and DigitalSignal Processing (DSP). In theup position, all touch screen buttonscan be viewed or used.
