Switch Off UnitSwitch off the unit with the power on/off switch on the rear panel as well as removing theinput power from the unit.WARNING: Wait 10 minutes for all internal capacitors to discharge.7.3.2. Removing Top CoverRemove the screws securing the top cover and remove the top cover.7.3.3. Initial InspectionPerform a visual inspection of the unit and ensure all the connectors are properly mated andthere are no loose or broken wires.7.3.4. Connectors and Fuses Check UpEnsure all connectors are properly mated and there are no broken wires. Check fuse F1 onthe A2 assembly and fuse F2 on the A3 assembly. Replace with the same type fuse.7.3.5. Power on Troubleshooting Using the LEDsIf no fuses were blown or if fuses were found blown but all the IGBT’s checked out good andthe fuses have been replaced, reconnect power to the unit.WARNING: Do not touch any parts inside the unit during this test as they will be liveand dangerous.
