10 Service error Turn off the printerSwitch the printer off, unplug the power cordfrom the power outlet, and wait a few minutes.Plug the power in again, turn the printer on andtry again.If the error occurs again, count the number oftimes the POWER light flashes. If the light flashesseven or nine times, remove the BJ cartridges.Re-insert the BJ cartridges and try your printoperation again. If necessary, replace theBJ cartridges.If the error continues to occur, count the numberof beeps and flashes and call the Canon CustomerCare Center (see page 1-4).
