992 White Balance CorrectionNWith just one shot, three images having a different color tone can be recordedsimultaneously. Based on the color temperature of the current white balancesetting, the image will be bracketed with a blue/amber bias or magenta/greenbias. This is called white balance bracketing (WB-BKT). White balancebracketing is possible up to ±3 levels in single-level increments.Set the white balance bracketingamount.In step 2 for white balance correction, whenyou turn the <6> dial, the “ ” mark onthe screen will change to “ ” (3 points).Turning the dial to the right sets the B/Abracketing, and turning it to the left sets theM/G bracketing.X On the right side of the screen, “BKT”indicates the bracketing direction andthe bracketing amount.Pressing the <B> button will cancelall the [WB SHIFT/BKT] settings.Press <0> to exit the setting andreturn to the menu.Bracketing SequenceThe images will be bracketed in the following sequence: 1. Standardwhite balance, 2. Blue (B) bias, 3. Amber (A) bias, or 1. Standard whitebalance, 2. Magenta (M) bias, 3. Green (G) bias.White Balance Auto BracketingB/A bias ±3 levelsDuring WB bracketing, the maximum burst for continuous shooting will belower and the number of possible shots will also decrease to one-third thenormal number.Since three images are recorded for one shot, the card will take longer torecord the shot.“BKT” stands for Bracketing.COPY
