If the unit is plugged into a power strip, make sure the power strip isplugged in and turned on.The power cord may not be supplying power.❑ Check the power cord by substituting another, or by using a voltmeter to test itfor continuity.The MultiPASS will not print reports.The MultiPASS may have the BC-21e Color BJ Cartridge installed, and its blackBJ tank may be empty.❑ Replace the black BJ tank (see page 6-22).The MultiPASS may have a BC-22e Photo BJ Cartridge installed.❑ The MultiPASS cannot print reports while a BC-22e Photo BJ Cartridge isinstalled. Replace the BJ cartridge with the BC-21e Color BJ Cartridge or aBC-20 Black BJ Cartridge (see page 6-16).Nothing appears in the LCD display.The power cord may not be plugged in securely.❑ Check that the power cord is plugged securely into the unit and into the walloutlet.
