Make sure you are in the Tasks and Events calendar, not the Schedule.2. Select to View by day.3. Double-click any time in any day in the Calls column; you change the actualtime and date next. You must double-click in the Calls column while viewing byday.4. Select a customer from the dropdown box.a. If you want to search for an existing customer, select Search. Type in partof the customer information in the Find box, select the criteria to searchfor in the ―From” dropdown box, and select Search. You can also organizethe list of customers by clicking on a header to sort. When you have foundthe customer, double-click the name or select it and select OK.b.
