Contact your local authorizedCanon dealer for more detailed information.– Use the USB cable that was originally bundled with thescanner or a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 compatible cable.• Note the following when using a SCSI card.– Make sure to follow the procedure in the manual for theSCSI card and the computer that you are using wheninstalling a SCSI card in your computer.– The overall length of the SCSI cable you can use isdetermined by the SCSI standards. Refer to the manual forthe SCSI card you are using for more information.• If the CPU, memory, interface card, and other specificationsdo not satisfy the installation requirements, the scanningspeed may be greatly reduced and transmission may take along time.• Even if the computer satisfies the recommendedspecifications, the scanning speed may vary, depending onthe scan settings.• The ISIS/TWAIN Drivers provided with the scanner do notnecessarily operate on all ISIS- or TWAIN-compatibleapplications.
