E-43Auto Accompaniment735A-E-045BUsing an Intro PatternThis keyboard lets you insert a short intro into a rhythmpattern to make startup smoother and more natural.The following procedure describes how to use the Introfeature. Before starting, you should first select the rhythmyou want to use, set the tempo, and use the MODE button toselect the chord play method you want to use (Normal,CASIO CHORD, FINGERED, FULL RANGE CHORD).To insert an intro1 Press INTRO/ENDING button 1 or 2.• With the above setup, the intro pattern is played andthe auto accompaniment with intro pattern starts assoon as you play chords on the accompanimentkeyboard.NOTE• The standard rhythm pattern starts to play after the intropattern is complete.Using a Fill-in PatternFill-in patterns let you momentarily change the rhythmpattern to add some interesting variation to yourperformances.The following procedure describes how to use the Fill-infeature.To insert a fill-in1 Press the START/STOP button to start rhythm play.2 Select the fill-in variation you want.• To insert Fill-in 1, press the VARIATION/FILL-IN 1button while Variation 1 of the rhythm is playing.• To insert Fill-in 2, press the VARIATION/FILL-IN 2button while Variation 2 of the rhythm is playing.NOTE• Only the SYNCHRO/FILL-IN NEXT button is operationalwhile an intro is playing.• Holding down the SYNCHRO/FILL-IN NEXT orVARIATION/FILL-IN 1/2 buttons causes the fill-in patternto repeat.Using a Rhythm VariationIn addition to the standard rhythm pattern, you can alsoswitch to a secondary “variation” rhythm pattern for a bit ofvariety .To insert the variation rhythm pattern1 Press the START/STOP button to start rhythm play.2 Press the SYNCHRO/FILL-IN NEXT button.• If a Variation 1 rhythm is currently playing, this playsFill-in 1, followed by Fill-in 2, and then switches tothe Variation 2 rhythm.• If a Variation 2 rhythm is currently playing, this playsFill-in 2, followed by Fill-in 1, and then switches tothe Variation 1 rhythm.• Holding down the SYNCHRO/FILL-IN NEXT buttoncauses the fill-in pattern to repeat.SYNCHRO/FILL-IN NEXTSTART/STOPINTRO/ENDING 1/2WK3000_e_38-46.p65 04.3.26, 0:11 PM43 |
